As a partner and leader of Klick Health, Glen has grown through several roles in the company over the past 18 years to eventually lead finance and legal services as CFO before moving on to support Klick through its global expansion into 5 new countries.

In 2023, Klick expanded to 5 new countries in Europe, Latin America, and Asia with Glen’s global operations team supporting client work with legal, tax, accounting, banking & payroll in multiple currencies and languages.

During his tenure at Klick, Glen originated the first roles in Culture & Engagement, Recruiting, Marketing, Contracts, Tax, Strategic Alliances, Performance Management, and other areas before building and evolving them into departments to be run by others. He has drawn on these experiences to set Klick up for success on a global scale.

He takes great pride in Klick’s history as one of the country’s Fastest Growing and Best Managed Companies while employees continue to say it’s a Great Place to Work. Becoming the largest agency in healthcare while being named Agency of the Year every year for the past 10 years has been an exciting journey, but growing organically and independently while working with an amazing team has been the most satisfying.

Glen’s 30+ years of business experience began in management consulting with firms like Deloitte Consulting, CGI, and Price Waterhouse. This provided opportunities to solve problems for clients as diverse as Bank of Montreal, Astra Pharma, and Sony. These experiences led to a part-time career as a professor, including teaching in the MBA program at the Schulich School of Business at York University, before finally joining Klick in 2006.

He has strong roots as an entrepreneur, starting eDrugstore.ca during the dot com boom (and winding it up during the bust), and grew up selling everything from vacuum cleaners, knives, & cookbooks door-to-door, to mutual funds, and enterprise software to clients like Goldman Sachs.

Glen graduated on the Dean’s List with his MBA from the Ivey Business School, Western University in 1998, and graduated from the HBA program at Ivey by the skin of his teeth in 1993.
